An AI video ad is built the same way a normal ad is, with generation replacing the shoot: a brief becomes a script and shot list, each shot is generated from a prompt or a reference image, the clips are cut together with voiceover, captions and music, and every frame is checked before delivery. The generation step is fast; the brief, the script and the QA are where the quality comes from.
